What is the easyest way to reset your phone??
But.... start with 6.1 ( oem sprint ) and so i know there isnt any bs in the back ground running.. i like the viva look, buti have other stuff running, and also about contacts, and info.. is there i easy way to back it up??

this should do the trick...

so when i use the clear storage opt. ( after i back up ) that format the phone? and window 6.1 should be all clean and new??

ive reset the phone a couple of times, its like getting a new pc where you get a chance to finally clean out that closet you've had. the pim backup should work great. if you have your phone synced with your pc you will have your calendar and contacts etc... on your pc. then do a hard reset and rebuild. also i found that the card does not get impacted by a hard reset however to be sure you may want to remove it. i left it in last time to see what would hapeen and i did a hard reset and nothing on the card was impacted.
