Re: Help! Bluetooth pan Gone after kitchen rom

I loved WDM M2D rom but this was a real deal breaker for me. Hopefully someone can come up with a cab that will fix the registry.

Re: Help! Bluetooth pan Gone after kitchen rom

I'm not very familiar with ICS over BT Pan however, Try adding that registry setting mentioned above and then try changing the DNS Settings to 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 and disable ip6 or whatever it is. Only leave IP4 enabled.

They're open dns settings and they have always worked for my windows PC.

Other than that I have no ideas guys.

Question Re: Help! Bluetooth pan Gone after kitchen rom

I don't quite understand either. So what are the Registry settings? can Someone Post them and show how to put them in. Im not a Newbie, but i dont mess with or know how to write registry entries. I would think that dharvey would know how to fix this. So why is it being left out of the builds? Isnt there more people having this issue? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Exclamation FIXED!!!!! Help! Bluetooth pan Gone after kitchen rom

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFTER MUCH HEADACHES AND CRIES I FIGURED IT OUT.

PAN NOW WORKS!!!!!!!! HOW?

It's quite a process, but to spare you guys the work of getting the registry settings then having to flash back roms several times I have them for you!!!

simple, first
DOWNLOAD CEREGEDITOR
http://ceregeditor.mdsoft.pl/ceregedit_setup.exe

Then Within the program, IMPORT the registry Key and i have provided to the folder
HKEY_LOCAL _MACHINE/COMM

Then you should see BTpan1 folder in the registry (next to btpan)

Then install the internet connection fix and BTDUN.cab and reset.

(FILES ARE IN ATTACTHMENT)

Pair your Device

Now you see Your phone as an access point. Join Personal area network.

ENJOY>..

Tested and Works:head bang::head bang:
