Re: Tried to use insurance to get a new phone...failed?
Mine was virtually new and my niece (who was visiting) happened to get ahold of it for less than five minutes ... result: the d-pad was was missing for about fifteen minutes and when I found it, I taped it back into place.
I walked in handed them the phone with the d-pad taped into position, didn't offer an explanation and asked them if this could be fixed. They looked up my account and in 45 minutes, I had a refurb. Of course before I went in I did go back to stock. Best regards, -boggsie
