OperatorLauncherPlus Customization
I've searched this board and Google and am coming up empty. I was disappointed to see the HTC Home Customizer does not have this feature, although the rest of the program is GREAT!
 Anyway, I'm sure someone's figure out how to change the programs in the OperatorLauncherPlus on the Today screen. Please help me out. |

That is very helpful, and I will look into that thread when I have more time.
There's no easier way, though? No .cab file that wraps it all up and makes it easy for a n00b? |

The easier way is to uncheck OperatorLauncher from your today items, install a better launcher, and check it in today items. I recommend tdLaunch, nice intuitively easy interface, customizeable, and free. There's info here:

That is much better... and a program that's about 5 years old to boot. Newer isn't always better!
