OperatorLauncherPlus Customization
 

I've searched this board and Google and am coming up empty. I was disappointed to see the HTC Home Customizer does not have this feature, although the rest of the program is GREAT! :headbang:

Anyway, I'm sure someone's figure out how to change the programs in the OperatorLauncherPlus on the Today screen. Please help me out.

That is very helpful, and I will look into that thread when I have more time.

There's no easier way, though? No .cab file that wraps it all up and makes it easy for a n00b?

The easier way is to uncheck OperatorLauncher from your today items, install a better launcher, and check it in today items. I recommend tdLaunch, nice intuitively easy interface, customizeable, and free. There's info here:

That is much better... and a program that's about 5 years old to boot. Newer isn't always better!
