problems viewing picture mail from opera

Hi,

I have a problem with opera. When I try to download a picture or a video from a text message, It attempts to save it to my phone as a .GCD file.
My phone will not open it. I am pretty sure it is something simple but I am very new to doing all this cool stuff with my phone.

I have read alot of stuff on these forums over the past month and I have finally felt comfortable unlocking it and messing around with it. I was able to download stuff just fine with IE browser but I just recently upgraded to the new GPS rom which uses opera.

Just some info on my phone, I have the Touch from Sprint with the latest official Sprint rom. It is also unlocked via 2.31. I am open to any and all suggestions.
