Is there any way to customize what tabs show up in manila 2d?

Firstly, you must have the latest XDA- Team build of Manila installed on your device. Then follow the below instructions.


Instructions:

To get Youtube functioning you have to download and install the Youtube cab, then using a Regeditor navigate HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/InternetWidget/Customized/0/ make sure that CustomizationURL Value Data is Windows\youtube.exe then make sure that CustomizationIcon Value Data is Windows\HH_INTERNET_YOUTUBE.bmp.

To make the Audio Manager work you have to install an older version of HTC Audio Manager and the OX_ Audio Manager cab. After doing both of these soft reset and it should work like a charm.

Note: The Audio Manger will keep searching initially but after about 4-5 minutes just tap the music note on the launcher line and the music should then pop up. Files attatched. good luck and as always enjoy!

Your Awesome!! Thanks!. I had been trying different AudioManagers with no success. I did use a different Manilla2d version than the one you linked. That one crashed when scrolling down through e-mails. Thanks, the Kaiser cab is what solved my problems!

With the latest build#8 and the implementation of 2 reg edits in less then 36 hours the Geeks at PPC Geeks and XDA have churned out this application like a their lives depended on it. It's about 99.7 percent fully fucntional baring the inasbility to have the YouTube movies plugin play the movie. great work and fats I must say so my self. Screen shots below:



Take notice to the last screen shot and the amount of ram I have..I can work with that...lol Also to have the picture viewer view pics from the Storage Card as well install the DiamondAlbum.cab

I'm out of the loop. I see there are two Manila 2d threads, whats the difference? Which one is better?

well i can help you with your other .3%

the file you need for youtube to play is the Dshow and concurrence cabs that are on xda. Its in the "Diamond OEM+CAB" thread

Now, you may run into the issue I had that Dshow wouldnt install because itr trying to overwrite ROM files (depends what ROM youre using). I had to take the OEM and manually overwrite the dll's copying them into \windows with total commander, then import the registry script part.

Yes works fine with slider and from enlarged title bar.

If you mean at xda, I think the intention is the one that starts with PROJ is supposed to be the developers thread and the other the release and bugs thread.
