Help Please - Stuck "Checking OS"

I just got a new Vogue and was trying to install DH's Black Vista ROM..

I first used the unlocker:

Then I installed the ROM using the download in DH's thread:

It appeared successful, went through from 0% all the way to 100%,rebooted, booting, then it gets to "Checking OS" and just sits there.

I've installed this rom on my previous Vogue, and there was no problem.


I went to bootloader reflashed the rom but still no luck stuck checking os again. ideas?
