Bell official ROM is not launched, may have new version

I check Bell Tech Board today

it says in 08/08 HTC put Touch ROM by mistake, it not supposed to be availble yet

no time line when new ROM will be availble

just check HTC website, download link is been taking off

Updated 08/18: it's official now, version is same, not sure if they change anything
