Incoming call ringer shuts down

Hey guys, seems recently each time i have an incoming call my phone gives a half a ring then stops and goes directly to voicemail. I was originally thinking the phone had not enough ram or something. The ringtone even gives a little cutout before stopping and forwarding to voicemail. Anyone else have this problem? any solutions or possible tips? Please help seems i cant receive any phone calls without calling the phone number back.

I have had this happen on a few occasions, but a soft reset always resolves it. I have to assume that it has something to do with something that I have installed, and I am leaning toward S2U2, as it has never happened when I have S2U2 disabled.

Though there is a newer version of S2U2 out that I am not running yet, so that is my fault for being lazy...
