I heard about not bad application-how to recover contact from a corrupted pst file, can help in such cases and restore contacts from your mail account, can work with all supported versions of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook email client for restore contacts .pst file, its mode of operation is based on the fact, that Microsoft Exchange Server stores a replica of a mailbox on client PC in *.pst and *.ost format, can extract contacts as *.vcf files.

I use SKtools for this, it is one of the many useful tools within the program. You can get a free trial from their site, but it is limited so I'm not sure if you can check for Duplicate contacts on it.
