Suddenly Can't Connect to the Internet...Help!

Suddenly this morning, whenever I try to connect to the Internet on my Touch, it tries to dial #777 and then I get an error message that it "Cannot connect for an unknown reason" and to change my settings if necessary. I've never had this problem before, and I haven't done anything lately that should cause this to happen. I've tried soft-resetting a couple of times with no luck.

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem? Thanks in advance.
