Most people tether there device to a pc, and use speedtest.net, and to see if you are Rev A or not i believe it is when your upload is greater than 200kb/s.

By the way that's the same as ##33284#, then HDR is under Debug info, and check the requested data Rate

using dslreports ig ot 1315kbps down. can't find a test site that tests upload that is not flash or java based.

If its not Rev A then that is pretty quick. Honestly does it matter if its Rev A with a speed like that? My download speed didnt really have a noticable change when i updated, just my upload. It went from an average of 100kb/s to an average of 400kb/s. Like i was saying though most of us here tether to a pc. So we can utilize the flash sites. and speedtest.net seems to be the standard as you can tell from many users siggys.

If you mean you dont have PAM(Phone as Modem) neither do i. There are a couple reg hacks to make it appear as your just utilizing the net on your device, but since i used 9GB of data last month i think they may catch on to me...
