how can I tell my EVdo speed?

I've got my rev.a up to 2300kb/s, what you have to do is launch the web the quickly go to the ##DEBUG#. If you have Sprint REV.A can go to 3.1Mb/s ideally.

It all depends on the tower speed, how many people are on it and how many programs you have using the web.

ah, i suppose if you tether and watch the debug window while downloading something you can see the rate easier. Doing what you suggested I saw the highest at 1225kbps.

I tried this from work. Concrete building. 1 bar on phone. I got a 182.4 kbps. Doesn't seem very fast. I have DHarveys ROM.
