Bluetooth Volume Hack

I discovered one reason why increasing the value to 255 didn't do much for my phone. For some unknown reason, the phone reset the value to 250. It didn't do it right away though. Minutes after increasing the value to 255, it was still at 255; however, hours later, it was back down to 250. Since then I've increased it as high as 455 just to see what happens and the phone always resets it self to 250.

Any ideas?
