Yeah, it was only happening to people with a Touch and the leaked rom from two weeks (or so) ago. I never saw it on my Titan either...

I am in IT as well I can tell you anytime there is a change made there should be testing involved. I make a habit of it myself. Obviously an oversight on that part.
