Why would they release two unofficial ROM upgrades only to not release an official one? That doesn't really make sense to me. They've pretty much got it ready to go with the exception of a few bugs. It wouldn't make sense to not patch them up and send it out.

the mogul droped in price for around a month before the rom game out, then it went back up. with the touch there are two reasons i can think of fo price drop. overstock in sprint's warehouse or the up and coming release of the Diamond. either way i do not think it will effect a rom release for the touch.

That's one phone and one factor. We shouldn't base all our assumptions on it. I agree with the previous poster, they're obviously working on a release.
Companies don't typically waste time (and money) on quality assurance if they're not going through with it. |

Errr.... remember that the carriers are all doing anything & everything they can to compete with all the iPhone madness. There will be price drops... oh yes... there WILL be price drops. </ insider information>
