Same problem here. Driving me nuts for a long time. I used to have a Treo which was great at swapping calls. I hope someone put there knows the answer. Aryeh |

Okay, I guess I was looking for a soft key labelled 'swap' or something like that.
But how can I conference a call if the second caller called me? Doesn't tapping answer just switch between them? |

Re: Can't figure out how to put calls on hold!
Is there any way to hang up the first call and pick up the 2nd call ?
The most common situation of that sort is that: 1) I call friend, 2) friend doesn't answer so I get VM, 3) while in VM, same friend calls back... In this case, I want to hang up my VM session (1st call) and talk to my friend (2nd call). Hitting END seems to hang everyone up. Hitting TALK allows me to talk to my friend, but the VM session still sits there, taking up minutes, recording a long nothing msg, etc. |

in that situation... i just hit end and the phone picks up the call like a regular call coming in. as far as putting a call on hold without another call coming in... i don't think its possible is it?

Re: Can't figure out how to put calls on hold!
press the end key. It looks like the 1st caller is gone, but then in like 5 to 8 seconds, the phone will ring with the 1st callers info. They didn't call you back, it's just hwo he phone works that way for some reason.
