Help I pulled the wrong screen guard off

I pulled the face of the phone off (the one with the sprint logo on it) instead of the screen guard. I put it back on but now the touch function does not work. I can use the big button in the center to move around but I can't touch the screen and select a item. If I touch the settings icon I get somthing above it like notes. Anybody know how to fix this?
