Help I pulled the wrong screen guard off

I pulled the face of the phone off (the one with the sprint logo on it) instead of the screen guard. I put it back on but now the touch function does not work. I can use the big button in the center to move around but I can't touch the screen and select a item. If I touch the settings icon I get somthing above it like notes. Anybody know how to fix this?

you might need to do a hard reset to get the screen aligned again, not sure about that though.

I tried to align the screen, it did not work.How difficult is it to replace the digitizer?

four screws on the back of the phone and then use your finger nail to seperate the front cover off the phone.

I took the phone to a local sprint store. They had a used screen from a returned phone that was in perfect shape.$35 installed and it took less than 10 minutes.The touch screen works better than the original one.(responds to the touches much quicker and less force). It was a dumb mistake but at least it didn't cost me a arm and a leg.
