Or if you have a password set, if your having the problem...Is it set to Numeric or alphanumeric... My box is unchecked and don't have that issue until I check it...

I sort of found a solution to this problem. I downloaded the HTC Diamond keyboard set, and the T9 works on that one, so this solution works for me.

This happened to me after I installed PCM Keyboard... after I removed it... my Touch Keyboard worked fine again. I thought I could have both and use which one I wanted but it seemed somehow it conflicted.
