I was concerned when I bought mine, but the 8gb SDHC off of ebay was a GREAT deal. $34 shipped

The best advice I have, is do a weekly backup of your storage card, and you will save yourself a lot of frustration.

Also, but more importantly, when you buy your storage card, format it right away.. Somtimes, they are not properly formatted, and that is why they have problems on our devices.

not sure about patriot i like tv shows and movvies on my memory card along with tom tom maps and music

I was using the kitchen based rom prior to the 1st leaked Sprint ROM for several months. I have recently switched to the latest leaked sprint radio (from the sprint ROM) and then reflashed to kitchen 3.02 - No issues in over 3-4 months.

I used to have problems about every 3 weeks using the stock ROM. - No issues since switching to a cooked rom.

I'd love to see that as well....except there are no Microsd cards larger than 8 gb currently on the market....I see no reason why they shouldn't work - I will order a 16 GB as soon as they are available...
