Although this thread will most likley be closed due to it being discussed on so many other threads, I will say that to get a GPS program that gives the audio directions for free is kinda hard.
Sprint Navigation/TeleNav (Free if you have one of the simply everything plans and some other data plans) Iguidance I believe has voice directions. I'm not sure about TomTom, but I think that does as well. AmazeGPS has audible directions, but its Windows Mobile client is in alpha and doesnt seem to work well...at least for me. I haven't tried the Java version. If you have Sprint and want a low cost, free program, try sprint navigation

I am not sure how much you want to pay, but I am using Igo8 and I am very impressed, the only problem is the loading time. I use it on my touch, and it does all I need!
