Although this thread will most likley be closed due to it being discussed on so many other threads, I will say that to get a GPS program that gives the audio directions for free is kinda hard.

Sprint Navigation/TeleNav (Free if you have one of the simply everything plans and some other data plans)

Iguidance I believe has voice directions.

I'm not sure about TomTom, but I think that does as well.

AmazeGPS has audible directions, but its Windows Mobile client is in alpha and doesnt seem to work well...at least for me. I haven't tried the Java version.

If you have Sprint and want a low cost, free program, try sprint navigation
