PhoneAlarm alternatives for Touch???

Hello everyone - I am in the process of migrating from my Sprint Mogul to a Touch. One of my favorite applications has been PhoneAlarm by Pocketmax. Apparently this app will not work with the Touch. Can anyone recommend an app that has similar functionality and will work with the Touch?

1) For those not familar with PhoneAlarm, the primary functionality is:

2) Provides repeating alarms on new SMS, Email, missed calls, voice messages & reminders

3) 10 Custom Phone profiles with manual and automatic switching.

4) Automatic profile change based on time, location, Appointment type/category, network and power/ActiveSync events

5) Custom Email / SMS alarms based on text, sender or priority

6) Alarm notification on weak battery and phone signal

7) Customise sound, volume and options for each alarm type in each profile

The primary item I am most interested in is the ability to manage sounds for different events (sms, email, incoming call, etc).

phoneAlarm works fine on my Touch. The profile change on time is a great feature - no more forgettiing to turn the ringer on in the morning.

Really? Do you simply not have it selected to appear on the Today screen?

Additional details would be greatly appreciated. The developer of PA stated it wasnt compatible.

I have been using PA on my Sprint Touch for over a year. The new version 2.0 is even better. Im not sure what problems you are having. I would download the PPC v2.0 as a trial and see if it works. I use the "Noplugin" skin which is great on the touch, as well as the "Touchable" skin.

Make sure you COMPLETELY uninstall the old version. If you do not you will have install problems. Check the support section on pocketmax.net.

Phone Alarm hasn't worked for me and the Mogul or Touch.

I had problems with PA on my Touch with older versions, I then started using the betas with no problem. Now 2.0 works great.

Are you running a custom rom? I do have my Touch application unlocked but I think I had it on before that as well.

i got phone alarm the day after i bought my touch about 7 months ago and it works fully, some skins better than others, but all functionality is intact.

Not running a custom ROM (at least not yet).

I guess Ill give it a try loading PA when I get home. Sounds like most of you guys have had success.

i too ran phone alarm with no problems whatsoever. I downloaded directly from their website onto my touch and it worked great. As was stated before - some skins better than others. It replaced HTC home plugin and sits on top of my today screen...
