yup, reset it- turns out it's another battery icon of some sort, because if i turn ON the battery icon in advanced config, i get two (and they don't look alike) batteries. gonna have to do some more digging...(i want to use the task manager thingy up there).

What is quick menu? I would like to eliminate the battery too (I have the Vista Hide battery gauge)! I don't see a quickmenu option under my start menu though...
