"alignment screen" after soft reset

I'm running the leaked 6.1 ROM, didn't let customizations run, ran ppst.exe

everything is working great, except when I soft reset my phone, it asks me to go through the "screen alignment" and other setup functions before the OS will startup. Is this because i didn't let the customizations run? is there anything I can do to fix it short of a hard reset?

Are you on Sprint? If you are, just let the customizations run. It might not help, but it can't hurt. Obviously, if you're not on Sprint, don't let them run.

I am on Sprint and when I flashed the Alltel rom, after screen alignment I did not let customizations run. I continued to use that rom for the day and it never asked me to align again after a reset. That's why I said it probably won't help.
