Very Weak EV-DO connections on my Touch

OK - here is what has happened to me...

I have flashed just about every ROM on here for my touch - they are all gret, but none of them fit exactly what I like. On OMJ and Vevito's ROMS my download speed was in the 600-700kbps range. On JD, and Ghetto's ROMS, my download speed was in the 400-600kbps range. On Nex's Hulk ROM, it was 1.3mbps. But - the hulk rom had just too much stuff, and some of the things conflicted with the set-up I like... I am now on the ALMOST OEM rom, and my dl speed is under 500kbps. All these test were done on mobilespeedtest.com, and all in the exact same spot. I actually use the GPS on a regular basis, so I don;t want to go back to stock...

My question is, are the ROMs all tweaked differently to give the REV-A Diff? If so - where would I adjust that so I could get the 1.3mbps that I got on the Hulk rom? Any help would be appreciated...

Yeah I have been getting 800kb/s MAX download on my touch as well, with Rev A. up to 200kb/s upload though. I remember back before the leaked ROM even came out, when I used that GPStest ROM, I was getting like 1600kb/s. Maybe it's due to the radio version, who knows, but it sucks!!!
