That's how I always flash my phone... all you need is a SD card formated as FAT32.
Just copy the flash image to the root of the card and rename it to VOGUIMG.NBH Then press and hold the Power + Camera + Reset buttons together until you see the 3 colors screen. that will automatically load the image and start flashing... This is assuming you unlocked and upgraded your radio for most new ROMs will need it. Good luck in the hospital
