Is this the right phone for me?

it looks like it's 39.99 for the lower or 59.99 for the higher, for internet access. That seems like a rip off! I don't even pay half that for dsl at home.

I think I'm wrong...those prices look like they're for wireless for computers. It looks like the data plans for the phones are bundled with the voice plans. So the cheapest one is $79. Does anyone know if this is about right?

I don't think I'd need the internet. I don't really need it on the go, but it would be nice to have that weather thing that I saw on the phone. Does that work even without the internet on the phone?

Well that sucks. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to go into the store and poke around the phone for a bit to see if it's what I really want or if it's just too much. Especially if I don't get the internet on it.

I've heard some great anticipations about the LG Dare. It's supposed to come out at Verizon the beginning of July, so I think I may wait for that too before I make up my mind.

whatever you decide it should be good decision but from personal experience i liked the touch before i got it and after i got it and tweaked it out i truly fell in love with it.

What types of things can this phone do that don't require the internet? The reviews don't say much. What kind of applications are there? Do normal things like programs void the warranty?
