neman - can you confirm that an Alltel touch will work on Verizon? Will they allow me to move it to Verizon?

I'm using a sprint one on vzw as we speak hardware is the same just need to get the esn loaded and convert the software.

I also have a sprint touch but I didn't think it would move over to Verizon. My esn is higher than the range in your previous post. Was yours higher and if so, did Verizon add the esn for you?

The esn range is only for a 6700 call tech support and if denied use this form http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=24855. Yes I have added almost 50 phones from other carriers 6700's,6800's and 6900's

Neman, when you say you've activated several alltel phones to vzw, is this with sending the phone to vzw for open network approval or is this simply changing the phone to vzw at your store? I ask because I want to switch an Alltel touch to vzw but I don't know if all Alltel esn's are in vzw's system or not (especially the touch esn's). I don't have the phone on me yet so I don't know its esn.

None of altell HTC pdas are in vzw's database. Some of the regular phones are shared.

i had no issues with an alltel ppc6800 however i do not know for an alltel 6900. however i am a tech not an agent so idk if that makes a difference
