Probably yes.
Deck tried cooking it into a rom and did not say his phone was bricked.
He probably just flashed a new rom.

The term "bricked" gets tossed around too much nowadays.
If you have a visible screen, even though it's stuck on the boot screen or whatever other screen, your phone is not bricked. It can be fixed.
A bricked phone has a black screen, and nothing else.
