Unusually high battery drain+ leaked ROM

I'm seeing a slightly higher then normal battery drain, but nothing nearly that drastic..

I *do* notice that if I use the gps, the battery drain is higher afterwards (even after closing the gps..) - my solution to this is to restart my phone after using my gps. I'm usually down to ~40% around midnight (charged ~7am..)
