You sure you don't mean stuck in bootloader after Alltel flash (from the Complete TUTORIAL sticky)? I actually helped people come up with that solution so i would have definitely tried it myeslf.

Download mode is very specific it means a black screen and is as of yet unrecoverable. i don't see any posts on ppcgeeks that solve that issue. If i am wrong please point me in the right direction though! I have been talking to someone that is working on a download mode unbricker for the tilt and if it works out i'll work with him to port it to titan/touch.

Sorry I misread what that recovery was from.

By the way, before that huge warning was recently put up in the Sticky Complete Tutorial I had directly flashed from 0.40 to 2.31 Unlocker several times with no problem.
