Best GPS Software for the Dollar?

Now that I have the GPS on the Touch, what is the best GPS software out there for the money?

Here is what I am looking for

No Monthly Fees

Turn by Turn Directions

Good Database of Restaurants / ETC

Would be nice if some data could be stored on the memory card so that when I go to Canada, I don't have to roam to get maps/etc. (but this isn't a deal breaker)

If you have any suggestions, please post them here along with the aprox cost you paid for it.
