downgrading from alltell rom

Hi all, im not having much luck with the JD or alltell gps and rev.a rom, so i want to go back to a custom rom like jd's 6.1 no gps or rev.a . can i just flash it with the same bootloader that i used to get the alltell rom on there, or do i have to go through downgrading and such, thanks

fairly easy, i just did it. I used the old Vogue Unlocker found here, then i flashed the original sprint OEM ROM. It works for me, now i'm using Sprint WM6

Once you go GPS its not recommended to go back due to SPL/Radio/Rom compatibility issues. There can always be issues that arise from it although it may not be apparent at first. It is most likely that almost all new roms for the touch will now be GPS compatible however just like what happened for the titan, so if you have an issue now wait a few hours til the next custom rom comes out and you should be good to go.

And this is the exact reason I am waiting to do the upgrade until sprint releases theirs....

I will play it safe then and just wait for a new gps rom, as i already bricked my phone and thought it was a goner, i dont want to go through that again, i have been using it and i guess its not so bad
