One would think that'd work. Only it doesn't. I tried this first thing when I got my clipons (knew of this problem from being into photography for 10 years). I don't have a problem with the LCD on my Oly C-2100z.

Re: Verizon vs Sprint Touch

Got mine TODAY 4/22/08...nice, but I need some sweet mods..no crap. Me thinks a good keyboard like spb is in order. Not sure I want to upgrade to WM 6.1 because of cube interface..MS says they give a new interface...Im wondering OUTLOUD if that means good by touch cube or if I would have to reinstall it??? Any one know?

Cool Re: Verizon vs Sprint Touch

All this stuff about the viewing angle.
Have you gone to >> Settings >> System >> Screen >> Clear Type and made sure that the Enable Clear Type box is unchecked.
Phone settings 101 but I could be wrong as well but give it a try.

Re: Verizon vs Sprint Touch

I read somewhere but i forgot, some Sprint touches come with a different screen aswell. So theres 2 different screens aswell, the mojority of us do have the terrible angle one. Where it looks all foggy. Then theres this other one that a few have that looks like the vverizon one... Personally... the second one like verizon is alot better. I thnk I read this on Sprintusers. Well.. thats my 2 cents as well. And I am broke too.

Re: Verizon vs Sprint Touch

I was very surprised going from a Mogul to a Touch that the screens were so different. The Touch's screen had better color and contrast but poor viewing angle, while the Mogul had an almost limitless viewing angle, but all the colors seemed washed out. Oh well. Maybe HTC got a different LCD screen provider?
