Please save my Vogue, I bricked it.

Can someone please help me with my sprint touch? i've done a lot reading in the past few days and i still messed things up. I tried to unlock the phone this morning, I installed the Vogue_Unlocker patch and that was when everything went wrong. Phone is stocked in bootloader and i can't it to anything. I have a white screen with the word "checking". Please help me, anybody. Thanks.

Try removing the battery, putting it back in, then hold down power + camera + reset on the bottom of the phone and see if you can get into the bootloader. (The multi-colored screen, not the white one)

after trying your suggestion, Now i see the tri-color. what should i do? Thanks

flash the custom rom you wanted. it will look like activesync doesnt connect but as long as the screen says usb you will be connected.

thanks, it's working but i still want to unlock the phone.

if the blue screen says 0.4 Coke (or something similar) then it is unlocked. otherwise, simply run the unlocking utility again, AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

There is one point at which you have to unplug the phone and plug it back in, this is very important. Tell us how it goes.

Make sure (just to be safe) that if you have an card in the microSD slot, that you eject it.

If it never got unlocked (spl says 0.40.CoKe) you can use the titan_exitbl app to put it back to the OS where you can run the unlocker. You will need to remove the SD card, that is what the bootloader is "checking" looking for an image.
