where do i unzip the files on the SD card?

I had a installation of Android before that was a CAB installation, and it put files in the /storagecard/Program Files/Android

do I just unzip in there, and overwrite?

i unzipped the Android-new into the directory, and ran haret, and its working

so ... now ... what do i do? (refering to apk) files

when you download them be sure to do so saving them as .apk files. then just follow dzo's directions (put them in a foder called AndroidApps on your sd and you're all set!)

well that depends on how many you put in there i think. just try a few.

and no don't worry about initializing any installation or anything...its automatic. what size is the sd card youre usin?

well unfortunately i can't recommend any right now my card is a 6gb sdhc and not fully supported so it doesnt work for me lol.

but of course things like calendar, camera, sms, and settings would be invaluable.
