Getting Contacts onto the Touch

Basically my 3 year old Phone has no SIM Card, so can anyone come up with a an easy way to get all my contacts off my old Phone and onto my new Touch?

Or am I stuck Manually entering them all

What phone did you have, can you connect it to a pc with a usb cable. If so there are several programs that will allow you to grab the info off you phone and move it into Outlook or some other contact manager. Then getting it to your touch use Activesync. Take a look at BitPim www.bitpim.org I used this for years to load my contacts from Outlook into several Sprint phones I had.
