What phone did you have, can you connect it to a pc with a usb cable. If so there are several programs that will allow you to grab the info off you phone and move it into Outlook or some other contact manager. Then getting it to your touch use Activesync. Take a look at BitPim
www.bitpim.org I used this for years to load my contacts from Outlook into several Sprint phones I had.
