No the "girl" icon is the picture that the OP has assigned to that contact in his phonebook. When this issue happens to me, for instance if my brother calls, i'll see his picture where the girl icon is in the first post but no name or phone number.

This has happened to me several times. I just normally do a soft reset.

I happens anywhere from an hour to a day after a soft reset.
