Does anyone here NOT use a different today/main screen???

Nope. I liked the HTC home screen, however I didn't see any need to have the clock take up such a large area.

I have a very simple setup:

I use the WM 6.0 Date/time, tasks, and "messages" area.

Then I added Today Agenda for appointments. This whole setup rotates over to Weatherpanel using ultimate launcher.

I am seriously considering Staying with the Stock set up, but would still love to personalize it..

How do you make it cartooni looking?

HHC = HTC Home Customizer. It allows you to change the HTC Home Plugin. Search for it to see the effects.

Using the google search engine looking for "hhc htc home plugin" I came up with this:

does anyone have a concise list of instructions on how to get the weather panel and all that to work? I've been wanting to try Vista Alive (I like the vertical look and animations). I loaded it all but can't find how to replace the entire screen with something like it.
