Phone ringing problem
ok im having a problem. my phone makes noise and everything just find. can hear videos, and the phone volume and the ringer volume are all the way up. but when i get a call, the phone doesnt ring at all. anyone know what could be causing this? thanx in advance to anyone that can help.

What ringtone are you using? Have you checked in settings to make sure "None" is not selected for Phone:Incoming Call?
Go to Start>Settings>Sounds and Notifications>Notifications use the drop down list to select Phone:Incoming Call and check your settings for Ring Type and Ring Tone. Play the Ringtone to make sure you don't have a corrupt file.

thanx for getting back with me. i checked all that and it was fine. i tried one of the deault ringtones and pressed play and heard nothing. then i put one of my own mp3s on there and pressed play and it still wont play. this is so weird it hasnt happened before >.>

my beeps or whatever for texts, it just doesnt make a sound when its supposed to ring >.>
