Re: Phone ringing problem
What ringtone are you using? Have you checked in settings to make sure "None" is not selected for Phone:Incoming Call?
Go to Start>Settings>Sounds and Notifications>Notifications use the drop down list to select Phone:Incoming Call and check your settings for Ring Type and Ring Tone. Play the Ringtone to make sure you don't have a corrupt file.
