I think you may be right. So there are several possibilities that this will open up GPS for us.

To be completely honest, I really could care less about GPS... I really just want Rev A. The Touch has a crappy battery life as it is and using it as a GPS couldn't possibly help. Besides, I already have a GPS. I do work for Radioshack after all...

When the update for Rev A. and or the update for the missing imageon drivers is available, then I'll be really interested.

What about wm 6.1...
...or wm 7.0???

And lets not forget a fix for the sd card problems (which is the main reason I went back to the Mogul)!

When that time comes I'll be interested but right now all I care about is my Rev. A and Imageon drivers. I want my touch screen to respond like my old T-Mobile MDA's did and I want to be able to go online without having to worry about full websites freezing up my phone and having to soft-reset. I'm tired of the buggy performance and until something is done to remedy all of the problems with these phones, this will be my last HTC device.

I'm banking on Verizon getting the Rev. A. If it doesn't come by summer, I'm dumping Sprint and selling my Vogue.

Must be your software load.

With the stock rom, tons of software (but no access to the SD card), my Vogue ran trouble free/100% reliable for weeks with heavy data usage. This was after I "fine-tuned" my configuration, and the only problem I had during that time was with the NetFront browser beta which had to be closed down after every use or it would cause lock-ups.

i cant speak to the mda touchscreen, but my touch is very responsive. and ive never had lockup issues with the internet. hell, ive probably only had two or three lockups total in the five months that ive owned the device. ive had four or five different custom roms on it even, the touch can simply handle anything i throw at it

why would you use pocket ie, other than to download a cab?
