To get your new mail on your phone you have to set up your pop3 account on your phone, and tell it to send and receive at the interval you want - that does not sync to your computer. The two are totally separate.

Re: WHAT IN THE WORLD am I doing wrong??
wow, so I have to check both accounts I guess.
I just set up a pop3 and called it my work name, so I have Outlook, FLC ( my work name ) new account My outlook has my synced emails my FLC has my new emails? I don't understand whats going on though, I get new emails from the FLC account then they disappear |

Re: WHAT IN THE WORLD am I doing wrong??
They are disappearing because they are being downloaded off the server to another computer/device that is syncing. Probably your computer. Look into IMAP. Your company may not have it but I like the way it works compared to pop3. Also does your co have an exchange server?
The FLC is downloading off the server over the internet connection on the device to get all new emails that are still sitting on the server. When you get home and sync it takes all emails in outlook on computer and puts them in outlook on phone. Any other questions please ask

Re: WHAT IN THE WORLD am I doing wrong??
Yes one very important question.
I get the email on FLC, then after I read it, if I hit send receive, its gone!! And it did not go in the outlook selection. Where did it go? I did not sync it to my computer. How do I get it to stay. I want to read an email, then maybe later on reply to it, but I can't because its gone |

Make sure you have to option on outlook set up to leave a copy of the message on the server. That way it will not go away when the first device gets to it (i.e if outlook gets it then the phone won't and vice versa)
