i've contacted tene over at pocketcm since one of the apps bundled is his i'll let you know what he says since he states on the download page for pcm that you are not allowed to redistribute the app in any form without his permission

Any software author should love this idea! By exposing their product to more customers, I'm sure he will have more registered users!

I used to write software back in the BBS days and I would have loved the extra exposure!

That would be. Not free, no trial period. WMx has a limited distribution policy and Microsoft objects to having windows mobile cooked roms/roms for download. Here's a link to the 2/14/07 story...
