Re: A little help with pocket EMU

Its just a customizer,so you can even make your changes then uninstall HHC & the changes will stay. You can install to the device or storage card. If it was an app that stayed on the today screen, then I would definitely install to the device but since it doesn't, it works just as well installed on the storage card. Personal preference I guess.

Re: A little help with pocket EMU

Well I reloaded it to both the phone and the micro card and it will do nothing for me at all. I have done soft resets in between and after loads and unloads. I am trying this with the themes that come with the program, could that be a problem?

I am not sure of the steps to make this work since trial and error isnt working for me and I cant find a guide how to use it. Are these the proper steps in order to apply a theme, background, icons ect..

For this example for changing a background(tried soft resets before and after)

1) Start pocket EMU(on appearance tab)
2) Use backgooround pulldown and choose a background(pre loaded GuzuGuzu)
3) Click re-apply appearances on exit(click ok)
4) Click save at bottome left (click ok)
Doing it this way nothing

3) Name new theme "blah" (click save)
3) Click re-apply appearances on exit(click ok)
4) Click save at bottome left (click ok)
Doing it this way nothing

Clearly I am doing something wrong ( is there a guide for this program, probably not cause its supposed to be easy to use eh?)

Thanks for any input

Re: A little help with pocket EMU

This is from the PPC software http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=19829
Also, EMU has his own site.

Re: A little help with pocket EMU

Thanks for the reply kcaegis45 however I think I may not have given enough information because that thread is about the backgrounds having problems being applied.

Even though my example was for backgrounds I cant apply anything i.e. icons, backgrounds, clock using the same steps. If someone could tell me if the steps im using are correct or wrong then at least I could know if its me or the program.

Thanks in advance

Re: A little help with pocket EMU

What I'm saying is you'll have a better chance of a correct response if you go to the link or emu's own site.
