One thing, though, that might help you. I flashed 2 separate times, to eliminate any errors I may have made (although I'm sort of a pro at this). I didn't see the phone image on the left side of the flash utility.

I can't explain it but it's working now - reflashed. No Voice Command? What do I do with the tiger_black files?

This ROM is designed for the HTC Touch. If you try to install it on any other device (such as the wing), you will brick your phone.

You can find a bunch of wing ROMs on XDA though. Good luck!
